To create buzz in top DMA's for their new line of active wear, C9 by Champion, Target enlisted Neverstop to execute a PR stunt in NYC, Chicago, and San Francisco. Neverstop conceptualized and executed a pop-up spectacle utilizing “Cyberquins,” a futuristic spin on traditional mannequins, which were stationed in strategic locations in order to create a surreal atmosphere.

At intervals throughout the day, jump-ropers and breakdancers highlighted C9's fashion & functionality and street teams dispersed store location maps, all of which resulted in a spike in opening week sales.
